1. What ListSmith is

ListSmith is an AI writing assistant that drafts property marketing copy (descriptions, summaries, key features, social posts and emails) from the details you provide. It is a drafting tool, not a publishing service, surveyor, or legal adviser.

2. Your responsibility for published listings

ListSmith is designed to write only from the facts you enter and never to invent details. However, you must review every draft before use. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legal compliance of anything you publish — including compliance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, material information requirements, and any portal or redress-scheme rules that apply to you. AI-generated text can contain errors; always check it against the property.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate account information and be at least 18 years old.

4. Free tier and fair use

Free usage limits are described on the pricing page and may change. Automated, scripted or abusive use of the service (including attempts to circumvent usage limits) is not permitted and may result in suspension.

5. Pro subscriptions and payments

Pro is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-off lifetime payment, processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account and retain access until the end of the paid period. The lifetime plan is a single payment for ongoing access to ListSmith Pro for as long as the service operates. UK consumers have statutory cancellation rights; contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund if you haven't materially used the service.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the property details you enter and the copy generated for you. You're free to use generated copy commercially. We don't claim ownership of it.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListSmith is provided "as is" and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
